What is the Nomad Internet Redemption Program?

What is the Nomad Internet Redemption Program?

1. What is the Nomad Internet Redemption Program?

The Redemption Program is a one-time reset option designed for customers who have a past-due balance but would like to restore service eligibility and move forward with a clean slate.

For a $75 redemption fee, we will:

  • Forgive the outstanding past-due balance

  • Clear the previous account status

  • Restore eligibility to activate new service

  • Allow you to move forward without carrying prior debt

It is intended as a courtesy solution for customers who want to reconnect without the burden of previous charges.

2. How much does the Redemption Program cost?

The program requires a one-time $75 payment.

Once paid, the prior balance is forgiven and the account is reset. This does not apply toward a new monthly subscription — it strictly clears previous debt.

3. What does the Redemption Program NOT cover?

The Redemption Program:

  • Does not refund previous payments

  • Does not transfer ownership of equipment

  • Does not waive unreturned equipment requirements

  • Does not replace the need to start a new subscription

If equipment was not returned previously, that may still need to be resolved before activation.

4. How do I enroll in the Redemption Program?

You can review full details and enroll directly here:

Once the redemption fee is paid:

  1. Your past balance is cleared.

  2. Your account becomes eligible for activation.

  3. You may proceed with selecting a new service plan.

If you need assistance during the process, our support team is happy to help.

5. Is this available more than once?

No. The Redemption Program is a one-time courtesy option per customer/account. Once used, it cannot be applied again.

6. How long does it take for my account to reset?

In most cases, the reset occurs within 1–2 business days after the redemption fee is processed. You will receive confirmation once your account is eligible for reactivation.

7. Who is the Redemption Program best for?

This option is ideal for customers who:

  • Had service previously

  • Accumulated a past-due balance

  • Want to reconnect service

  • Prefer not to pay the full prior balance

If you have questions about your eligibility or would like someone to review your account before enrolling, please contact support — we’re happy to walk you through it step by step.

We appreciate the opportunity to help you move forward with a fresh start.
