Nomad Internet operates on a recurring subscription model. To maintain active service, a valid payment method must remain on file for the duration of your subscription.

This allows:

  • Automatic monthly renewal

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Timely processing of invoices

  • Account status consistency

Because subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle, the system requires a valid payment method in order to process charges on the renewal date.

If a payment method is removed, expired, or declined:

  • The account may enter a past-due status

  • Service interruption may occur

  • Additional reminders may be sent
