You can access your Nomad Internet customer portal at:

  1. Visit

  2. Enter the same email address you used when signing up for service

  3. Follow the prompts to log in or reset your password if needed


What You Can Do in the Portal:

Inside your portal, you can:

  • View current and past invoices

  • Update or change your payment method

  • Review your renewal date

  • Check your active plan details

  • Manage account information

  • Self-serve troubleshoot options, including line refreshes

  • Upgrade/downgrade your service

  • Submit a cancellation request
