Yes. If visiting a post office is not convenient, we can help you schedule a USPS carrier pickup for your modem return.
How it works:
The prepaid return label must already be attached to your package.
The package must be securely sealed and ready for shipment.
Pickup can typically be scheduled for your home, office, or mailbox location (subject to USPS availability in your area).
Important details:
Pickups are completed by USPS and are subject to their route schedules and service availability.
The package must be accessible to the carrier at the time of pickup.
If the carrier is unable to collect the package (for example, if it is not accessible), a new pickup may need to be scheduled.
Before scheduling, please ensure:
The modem is packed in a plain box (not a USPS Flat Rate box).
The prepaid return label is clearly visible and not covered or altered.
You retain the tracking number for your records.
If you would like us to assist with scheduling, simply confirm:

We’re happy to coordinate this with you to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
