Can you schedule a pickup for me?

Can you schedule a pickup for me?

Yes. If visiting a post office is not convenient, we can help you schedule a USPS carrier pickup for your modem return.

How it works:

  • The prepaid return label must already be attached to your package.

  • The package must be securely sealed and ready for shipment.

  • Pickup can typically be scheduled for your home, office, or mailbox location (subject to USPS availability in your area).

Important details:

  • Pickups are completed by USPS and are subject to their route schedules and service availability.

  • The package must be accessible to the carrier at the time of pickup.

  • If the carrier is unable to collect the package (for example, if it is not accessible), a new pickup may need to be scheduled.

Before scheduling, please ensure:

  • The modem is packed in a plain box (not a USPS Flat Rate box).

  • The prepaid return label is clearly visible and not covered or altered.

  • You retain the tracking number for your records.

If you would like us to assist with scheduling, simply confirm:

  • The pickup address

  • Preferred pickup location (front door, mailbox, etc.)

  • A target date

We’re happy to coordinate this with you to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
