No. Modems provided by Nomad Internet are rental equipment, not purchased devices.
The initial equipment or membership fee covers:
Activation and setup
Administrative processing
Ongoing technical support
Management of the device
The right to use the modem during your active subscription period
This fee does not transfer ownership of the modem to the customer.
All modems remain the property of Nomad Internet and must be returned in accordance with the Terms of Service when a subscription is cancelled.
To fully complete cancellation:
A cancellation request must be submitted and processed.
The modem must be returned using the prepaid return label provided.
The device must be received and checked in at our warehouse.
Once the equipment requirements are satisfied, the account is formally closed and billing stops.
