How do I get a prepaid return label?
Customers may submit a cancellation request directly through their customer portal at
www.nomados.com
Submitting the request through the portal ensures that:
Your cancellation is properly documented in the system
The request is timestamped
The return process can begin without delay
Once a cancellation request is submitted, please allow 24–48 hours for it to be reviewed and processed.
After processing, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent to the email address on file through our shipping system. This label allows you to return the modem at no cost.
If you do not see the return label in your inbox:
Please check your SPAM or junk folder
Ensure the email address on your account is correct
Contact support to have the label resent
