What If I Don’t Have a Box to Return My Modem?

If you don’t have access to a suitable box or packing supplies, don’t worry — we can help.

We offer a Return Kit option for customers who may not have easy access to packaging materials. This is especially helpful if:

  • You live in a rural area

  • You don’t have printer access

  • You don’t have a plain shipping box available

  • You’re unable to get to a shipping store


What’s Included in the Return Kit?

When requested, we will mail you:

  • A properly sized return box

  • Protective packing materials (if applicable)

  • A prepaid return shipping label

All you need to do is place the modem and accessories inside, seal the box, and drop it off with the designated carrier.


Is There a Cost for the Return Kit?

No. There is no cost for return supplies.

If you need a full return kit — including a box, packing materials, and a prepaid return label — we will send it to you at no charge.

Customers are never required to pay out of pocket for return shipping or packaging when completing a cancellation.


How Do I Request a Return Kit?

Simply contact support and let us know you need assistance with packaging. We’ll arrange to have the kit sent to the mailing address on file.

  • Your account can be noted to prevent billing concerns while waiting for supplies.
