What if my service disconnected before payment was made?

If your service disconnected before your payment was made on your invoice, please allow your Nomad modem 30 minutes to reestablish its signal to the closest tower. If your service has not restored after 30 minutes, please power cycle your modem by simply unplugging and plugging it back into power. Most of the time, this is all that needs to happen. If your service has not restored after you power cycled your modem, please feel free to contact us at anytime at 210-598-5949, live chat on our website, or by submitting a support ticket.
