I canceled my account and received RMA instructions, now what?

After your cancellation gets approved by our team here at Nomad, you will soon receive RMA instructions to the email address you have on file with us. The RMA instructions contain specific directions on how and where to send your modem back to and the condition requirements of your modem.

From the time your RMA instructions are received, your will receive a 14-Day Grace Period to return your modem and will not be billed at this time (Please note that the 14-Day Grace Period is different than your 7-Day Money Back Guarantee).

You have 14-days from the receipt of your RMA instructions to ship the modem back to our warehouse. If your modem is not received within the 14-Day Grace Period, your subscription will resume and you will continue to be billed. If Nomad does not receive your modem within your 14-Day Grace Period, you will not be refunded for your Membership or subscription, regardless if it was requested within your 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. 

If your modem is not received within 30-days of receipt of your RMA instructions, Nomad Internet will consider the modem stolen and a replacement fee will be assessed onto your account. Please visit our Terms of Service you agreed to on Section 4 for more information regarding Nomad's Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy as well as 4.3: 

"Nomad Devices that are not returned or are returned in an unsatisfactory manner (Please reference Section 4.2 regarding Modem Condition) will be subject to a fee of $150 for Nomad Cube, $200 for Nomad Omega, $439 for Nomad Air, $599 for Nomad Raptor and $899 for Nomad Ark."
