We're sad to see you leave Nomad! In order for us to cancel your account with us, per our Terms of Service, you need to fill out our online form here. Please have the following information handy while filling out your online request so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible:

1. What type of modem do you have?
2. What is your modem's IMEI? 

Once your cancellation request processes through our billing department, you will receive RMA instructions on how to send back your modem.
