Why was I charged for my subscription after my device was delivered back to your warehouse?

If you were billed again for your subscription after your device was delivered to our warehouse, this likely happened because your return was delivered after the 14-Day Grace Period Nomad provides to give ample time for you to ship our modem back to our warehouse.

Remember, billing will resume after the end of your 14-Day Grace Period.

Please reference our Terms of Service you agreed upon on checkout at Section 4.1:

On receipt of your RMA instructions, your subscription for Nomad services will be paused for two (2) weeks. This is your 14-Day Grace Period. Our warehouse must receive your modem within this 14-Day Grace Period, otherwise, your subscription will resume as normal and you will continue to be billed.

If Nomad receives your modem after your 14-Day Grace Period, you will not be refunded for your Membership or subscription, even if your cancellation request was within your 14-day Money Back Guarantee period.
