Why was I billed for my subscription before receiving my modem?

Upon checkout, you will be billed for your first month's subscription.

Once our shipping team selects your Nomad modem in our warehouse, our team begins the activation and quality testing process. Your modem will be shipped as soon as it has been programmed and tested. This process takes approximately 1-business day. Your billing date is adjusted accordingly to coincide with the delivery date of your modem.
