What is your 7-day Money Back Guarantee?
Nomad believes in our services and products. So much so, that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is. If for any reason, you decide to not keep your Nomad service, you have up to 7-days to cancel your services from the moment your modem is delivered.
As per Nomad's terms of service, you will be refunded for both your membership fee and subscription if your cancellation request was before the expiration of your 7-day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide to cancel your services with Nomad, for any reason, after your 7-day Money Back Guarantee, your membership and subscription will not be refunded.
Please note that shipping fees, Service Activation and WiFi Activation fees are all non-refundable whether or not you are in your 7-day Money Back Guarantee.
