What are non-refundable charges?
Non-refundable charges include your Service Activation Fee, Account Set up Fee, and shipping. Please refer to our Terms of Service in Section 2:
The Account Set up Fee is a one-time Fee so that our team can verify, test, quality-check and process your modem for shipment. This fee is non-refundable. The Service Activation Fee is a one-time Fee that is associated with the cost of activating your service by one of our Wireless Experts so that it is ready to use as soon as you receive it. This fee is non-refundable.
Even if you were to cancel your order before it's shipped, these charges remain non-refundable. The Account Setup Fee is the cost of our team verifying, testing, quality checking and processing your modem, as well as, getting your new Nomad account setup. The Service Activation Fee is the cost for activating your services when you receive your modem. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
