Why are my download speeds different in the morning and evening?

There are a number of variables that cause differences in download speeds, but the most common of these is Network congestion. At certain times of the day, more users in your particular area are online. Typically, you may notice a speed different in the evenings after work and school are done. Unfortunately, this is out of Nomad's control and there is a chance you could see a decrease in your speeds during this time.
