Where do I place my modem?

Placing your modem in the right spot matters. The closer you can get your modem to a window the better but in a window is ALWAYS best. This gives your modem the opportunity to connect to the nearest tower. Ensure your modem is free of obstructions and is in the highest possible floor in your home or business. 

If you have a Nomad Air, Raptor or Ark, there is a special app you can download that specifically helps with placement.

Follow the instructions within the Inseego mobile app to connect to your modem and perform a location survey to identify the best possible location for your modem.
