You have 14-days from the time of delivery to try out our modem and services. If for any reason, you do not like it, you may contact us by filling out an
online form here to begin your return.
Once we receive your return back to our warehouse and is checked in by our shipping department, you will be refunded for the one-time rental fee and first month of service.
Please note that the account set up fee, activation fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
