What if I am owed a refund?

We want to ensure you are made whole! If you are owed a refund, please fill out our online ticket form so one of our friendly customer service representatives can investigate your request. In the category drop down menu in Nomad's online ticket form, choose "I have a billing issue" and then "Checking on my existing refund request". From here, fill out your information accordingly. 

We thank you so much for your patience and we want to make you whole. If for any reason you feel you are owed a refund, we will investigate your request accordingly. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days to fully investigate your request. We will notify you once we finalize our research and will then share our findings with you. If we find that you are indeed owed a refund, we will ensure you are made whole. Nomad Internet has grown very rapidly over the past 3 years, which could have resulted in lost requests due to the infancy creation of policies and procedures to keep up with the demand. We value each and every one of our customer's and we sincerely apologize for this, but we will make every effort to make it right. Once again, we thank you so much for your patience!
