What happens if I requested to cancel in my 14-day Money Back Guarantee, but sent my modem back after my 14-Day Grace Period

When you cancel your service, for any reason, within your 14-day Money Back Guarantee, Nomad provides you with a 14-Day Grace Period from the time you receive your RMA instructions to return your modem. 

Per the Terms of Service you agreed to upon checkout, Nomad will use the provided tracking number to determine the delivery date back to our warehouse. If your modem is received by our warehouse after your 14-Day Grace Period, you will no longer be eligible for your Membership refund or subscription refund even if you cancelled within your 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

If Nomad Internet does not receive your modem back within the 14-Day Grace Period, your subscription will resume and you will be billed as normal.
