My Friend is an active Nomad customer, but I do not see my Friends of Nomad discount on my bill

There can be a couple of different reasons why you do not see your Friend discount on your bill. 

The first, and most common reason, you may not see your Friend discount is because your Friend has not been a Nomad customer for more than 30 days. In order for your Friend discount to apply, your Friend must be a Nomad customer for at least 30 days. After your Friend has been a customer for 30 days, your $10 discount will automatically apply to your next bill!

The second, less common reason you may not see your Friend discount is because your Friend may not have paid their invoice. If your Friend does not pay their invoice for their Nomad subscription, you will not receive that specific Friend's discount until their invoice is paid.
