How long do refunds take?
Once your refund is approved and processed, the funds are issued back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
After the refund is issued on our end, most financial institutions reflect the credit within 1–5 business days. However, processing times can vary depending on:
In some cases, it may take slightly longer for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the original payment method has been closed, expired, or replaced (for example, a cancelled debit or credit card), the refund will still be sent to the issuing bank. From there:
The bank may automatically transfer the funds to your new card
The bank may issue a paper check
Or you may need to contact them directly to claim the credit
