How Do I Properly Reboot My Nomad Modem?

How Do I Properly Reboot My Nomad Modem?

A proper reboot can resolve many temporary connectivity issues.

Follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the modem from power.

  2. Wait 2–3 full minutes (this allows tower session refresh).

  3. Plug the modem back in.

  4. Wait 3–5 minutes for full reconnection.

Avoid repeatedly unplugging the modem within short intervals, as this can delay reconnection.

If rebooting does not resolve the issue, placement or signal quality may need to be reviewed.
