If you purchased a "Nomad Air- No Contract" then you own your modem!
- If you are unhappy for any reason, within 7 days, you can return it at no cost and we will even pay for your return shipping!
- After 7 days, and under 30 days, you can return your Nomad Modem with a 20% restocking fee.
- Your Nomad Modem will be ineligible to return after 30 days.
If you purchased a "Nomad Air- One Year Contract" then you own your Nomad Modem after one year (12 Months)
- If you are unhappy for any reason, within 7 days, you can return it at no cost and we will even pay for your return shipping!
- After 7 days, your Nomad Modem will be ineligible for return.
- You may terminate your one-year contract with Nomad Internet for $250 at any time.
If you purchased a "Nomad Air- Two Year Contract" then you own your Nomad Modem after two years (24 Months)
- If you are unhappy for any reason, within 7 days, you can return it at no cost and we will even pay for your return shipping!
- After 7 days, your Nomad Modem will be ineligible for return.
- You may terminate your two-year contract with Nomad Internet for $450 at any time.
