If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your Nomad Internet service, you can return for a full refund within 7 days of your delivery.
In order to initiate a return and to receive your free shipping label (if applicable), please contact Nomad Internet at 512-668-1239 Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM CST. Any request received outside of regular business hours will be responded to within our opening hours Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM CST.
Return and cancellation requests can ONLY be made through our return request phone number at 512-668-1239.
If the proper refund channel is not followed, there will be delays in discontinuing your service and you will continued to be billed for your monthly service.
After 7 days and under 14 days, and you would like to cancel your Nomad Internet service, your refund will be processed based on the amount of usage and time you have used your service.
For example: If you have used your full 300GB on the Verizon 4G service within 14 days, you will be responsible for the full month and no prorated refund will be given.
If you have used 150 GB within the 14 day refund period, you will be prorated accordingly.
After 14 days, and you would like to cancel your Nomad Internet service, you will be responsible for the full month.
