Once I subscribe to one of your membership plans, do I own the account and the device? (Nomad Legend customer only)

The purchase of a membership constitutes ownership of the membership only. When becoming a member, you are responsible for paying a one-time membership fee which covers the cost of the setup, administration, and support of your new membership.

However, items issued by Nomad are the property of the company. As the owner of the membership, you may cancel your subscription with us at anytime. For help with a return or cancelation you can reach us at 512-668-1239 Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM CST for assistance.
