What is Your 14-day Money Back Guarantee?

Nomad believes in our services and products. So much so, that we are willing to put our money where our mouth is. If for any reason, you decide to not keep your Nomad service, you have up to 14-days to cancel your services from the moment your modem is delivered.

As per Nomad's terms of service, you will be refunded for both your modem rental fee and subscription plan if your cancellation request was before the expiration of your 14-day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide to cancel your services with Nomad Internet, for any reason, after your 14-day Money Back Guarantee, your modem rental fee and subscription plan will not be refunded.
