While we appreciate the community building that comes with responding to comments, we need to establish that these platforms are not meant for resolving customer issues. Therefore, customer complaints or detailed queries about our products or services should be directed to our dedicated support teams for specialized attention.

As an Internet Service Provider, we have observed an increasing trend of negative and harmful comments on YouTube videos, especially on content that pertains to services. Such behavior not only disrupts healthy discourse but also poses challenges for our partners who are content creators. To protect our partners and enhance the quality of online discussions, we have developed a guide to help you filter negative terms from your YouTube comments.
Content Review
We'll review the content and provide any necessary feedback before it goes live. We believe in giving our collaborators creative freedom, so any revisions will be minimal and in line with the established guidelines.
