I Canceled  My 14-day Money Back Guarantee, But Sent My Modem Back After My 14-Day Grace Period

When you cancel your service for any reason within your 14-day Money Back Guarantee, Nomad provides you with a 14-day Grace Period from the time you receive your RMA instructions and prepaid return label to return your modem.

Nomad Internet will use the provided tracking number to determine the delivery date to our warehouse. If your modem is delivered to our return processing center after your 14-Day Grace Period, you will no longer be eligible for any refunds, even if you cancelled within your 14-day Money Back Guarantee.

If Nomad Internet does not receive your modem back within the 14-Day Grace Period, your subscription will resume, and you will be billed as usual until your Nomad Internet modem is delivered to our return processing center.
