- Do I Need a Nomad Subscription With My Free Nomad Omega Referral?
Yes, although your Membership is waived for your Nomad Omega, you still need to pay for a monthly subscription with Nomad Internet. Upon checkout, you will continue to pay for your first month of service and non-refundable activation fees.
- Do I Get to Keep My Free Nomad Omega?
A membership for the Nomad Omega is free using your friend's referral link. For as long as you are a customer of Nomad Internet, you can keep your Nomad Omega!
- I Referred My Friend, But I Didn't Receive My Free Month, Why is That?
You may not have received your free month for a couple of reasons.
The first reason is because your referral did not proceed to sign up for a Nomad subscription. Don't worry though! Your can use and share your unique referral link as many times as you'd like until you receive an active referral.
The second reason is because your active referral may not have yet been a Nomad customer for 30 days. Once your referral has been a customer for 30-days, your free month will apply automatically to your next bill!
- What Happens After My Friend Receives My Unique Referral Link?
After your friend receives your unique referral link, they will need to click on it to begin! After your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be directed to the Nomad Plan Page, where they will be greeted with an offer for a Free Nomad Omega!
Please note that your friend will receive a free Membership for a Nomad Omega but they will still need to purchase a Nomad subscription to receive service.
