Do I Need an RMA Before Returning My Modem?
Yes, you need to contact Nomad Internet prior to returning your modem. Per Nomad Internet's Terms of Service agreed to upon checkout.
While a Nomad member may request cancellation of their Nomad Internet service at any time, your subscription cancellation can only take place when your Nomad modem has been processed and returned to Nomad Internet.
Your subscription plan will be paused for 14-days after you receive RMA instructions and your prepaid return label. This is your 14-day Grace Period. If Nomad's warehouse does not receive your Nomad modem back within before your 14-day Grace period is over, your subscription will resume and you will continue to be billed until it is returned.
If we do not receive your device within 30-days of receiving your RMA instructions, Nomad Internet will pursue further collections and/or take legal action.
